I rely on life support equipment – what should I do?

You should apply to register with us as life support customer as soon as possible.
We’ll contact you before any planned power interruptions and you will receive priority restoration in the event of an unplanned power interruption. It's also important to create a power outage plan so when the power goes out, you'll know what to do.

We’ll contact you before any planned power interruptions and you will receive priority restoration in the event of an unplanned power interruption. Once you've notified us, you will need to complete a registration form and get it certified by your medical practitioner. 

It's also important to create a power outage plan so when the power goes out, you'll know what to do.
