  • Improving comfort and well-being: By using energy wisely, participants can make their homes more comfortable.

  • Community engagement: By delivering community education sessions to share practical energy saving tips and tools for more efficient energy consumption.

What we offer

  • Three household energy audits: Identify ways to reduce your energy consumption.

  • Low-cost energy efficient products: We provide items to help you save energy.

  • Appliance checks: We’ll help you identify any faulty or inefficient appliances.  

  • Energy saving tips: Adopt easy tips and tricks to understand how energy usage impacts affordability.

  • Regular check-ins: We provide ongoing support to enable long-term success.

  • Financial assistance: We’ll check your concessions and see if you’re eligible for additional financial support.

Energy Ahead is currently open to eligible residential customers experiencing financial hardship in the West Kimberley. Horizon Power plans to expand Energy Ahead into the East Kimberley and the Pilbara, commencing in mid-2026.
